How do I start taking registrations for my event?

To open your event for registration click the “Publish” link for the event from your Event Manager screen.

  • For “Public” events, once published, it will be listed on National Career Fair’s Upcoming Event list for Employers and Job Seekers who already have a National Career Fairs account.
    • The National Career Fairs system will also provide a custom url to promote your event to Job Seekers.
    •  This url can be found under the Registrations link for your event on your Event Manager screen.
  •  For “Private” events, once published, the National Career Fairs system will provide a custom url to promote your event to Job Seekers.
    •  This url can be found under the Registrations link for your event on your Event Manager screen.

How do I Cancel an event?

An event can only be cancelled if there are no registrations for the event. In this case a “Cancel” link will be displayed for the event on your Event Manager screen. If you need to cancel the event and your event has registrations please contact National Career Fairs.

Can I see who’s registered for my event?

Job Seekers and/or Employers who have registered for the event can be found under the Registrations link for your event on your Event Manager screen. The National Career Fairs system allows you to export a csv file of the Job Seekers and Employers that have registered.

How do I get to my event booth?

From the Event Manger screen click the “Booth Dashboard” link. From the Event Booth Dashboard you can customize your booth and post the jobs you are recruiting for. On event day click “Occupy Your Booth” to interact with Job Seekers in real-time.
